Ten-vehicle crash blocks M4 motorway
The M4 motorway to the east of Bath is blocked this morning following a ten-vehicle crash.
The motorway is shut between Membury Services and junction 14 at Hungerford.

The congestion is stretching back to junction 15 at Swindon East.

“Would the Chron PLEASE REMOVE the tasteless and unnecessary 'pop up' advertising cheap holidays from the news reports?
This 'pop-up' was thrust into our faces as we read the motorway pile-up and the Melksham murder, to name but a few items.
This site is surely plumbing new depths of distaste if it has to rely on such nonsense for revenue.”
