There is another chance to watch the Hoffmann story unfold at the egg theatre from Friday December 12 when a special version of the story with music runs until January 10.
The egg's very own version of the story brings to life both the comic and grisly aspect of the story. A colony of East End gangster mice, the affable but peculiar Uncle Drosselmeyer, the kind hearted Clara and of course the Mouse King.
The creative team recently had success with His Dark Materials.
