A slice of life
When I first read Tom Bradshaw's column I didn't think much of it; kind of something and nothing. However, it has grown on me. It's a bit like the Royle Family or Coronation Street. Just about everyday life, but interesting nevertheless.
I do wonder though, how his children will feel when they are older, knowing that every little detail of their lives and personalities has been broadcast to all the readers of the Bath Chronicle.
What prompted me to write this was when I read Vince Baughan's letter (Bath Chronicle February 7). He thought that reading Tom Bradshaw's column was as bit like 'watching paint dry'. I can see his point of view and he verbalised it very well. It really made me laugh (a rare occurrence these days).
I love nothing better than a bit of realness. Thank you Vince.
