All signs Point to yet another Light triumph at Lansdown
Somehow the weather held for last Friday's Ladies' Night meeting at Bath Racecourse and Sir Mark Prescott's gelding Point of Light won as hoped.
With luck, the forecast seems OK for this evening's meeting at Lansdown and it seems Point of Light will be an even hotter favourite than last week in the opening race at 5.55pm.

Sir Mark Prescott
It is an apprentice handicap but he has won before in this type of race under Rosie Jessop and she gets the leg up again.
Although the race is more than a furlong further than his last run here, Point of Light was running on at the finish then and he is by Pivotal (stud fee currently 65,000 guineas) whose progeny like cut in the ground and win at all distances. It will be a shock if he doesn't win.
Selling races usually hold little appeal but this week there are a couple of runners in the Free Bets Selling Stakes, a minimum trip sprint, from top stables.
Mick Channon and Richard Hannon have entered Mister Hughie and Aegean Destiny respectively, both dropping in class here.
Channon's colt is the better bred and has been in the frame a couple of times so should come home in front.
Ralph Beckett's Mr Udagawa gets the vote in the Free Football Bets Handicap. Carbon Footprint is the obvious favourite but he hasn't run for almost seven weeks and that's hardly a vote of confidence.
Second here a fortnight ago, Diane's Choice should be a decent each-way bet in the last but if it's a gloomy night she may need headlights.
There are six races in total, the last one going at 8.35pm.
