It's a good deal
It sounds like a fantastic coup by billionaire backed 'Bath rugby club', swapping a waterlogged field in Lambridge for the Recreation Ground in the heart of the City of Bath or have I been misinformed?

“Not sure if Bruce Craig is a billionaire - maybe a multi millionaire (I know...I wish...)
Not sure 'Bath Rugby' have swapped anything - the Trustees and Charity Commissioners maybe
have/will come to some agreement that allows this to happen.
Not sure the Recreation Ground has been/will be swapped - maybe a part of it.
Not sure if anything I've written is correct.”

“Mr.Cook, if it's a done deal (which would not surprise me) it would indeed be a fantastic coup. I was hoping this would form part of the "October" consultation, but the Councillor Trustees have given us so few details not only about this but also the proposal submitted to the Charity Commissioners that their secrecy does encourage mistrust.”
