An original take on Creation
Alison Farina's new play, Paradise Left, comprises bawdy innuendo with temptation and was written through the Rondo Writers' Group.
The production, which runs from Wednesday, July 8 to Saturday, July 11 at The Rondo Theatre, Bath, is directed by Ian McGlynn.
The story is based on early Jewish literature naming Adam's first wife as Lilith, not Eve. Lilith was created by God alongside Adam and it was only after a sexually charged conflict between Lilith and Adam that God created Eve.
