What do Elizabeth Taylor, George Washington, Albert Einstein and Alan Rickman all have in common?

The answer is that they are or were all Pisceans. The same goes for writer Kenneth Grahame, Rupert Murdoch, Billy Crystal, Harold Wilson and Samuel Pepys. The list goes on.

Now Bath astrological writer Mary English has written a new book – just in time to be given as a present to those born under the fish sign of Pisces – called How to Survive a Pisces.

Mary lives and works in Bath and comes from a family of writers.

Her mother Jean English is a self-published poet and family geneologist and author of The History of the English Family in Bath while her older sister Lucy is a slam poet, published fiction writer and creative writing lecturer at Bath Spa University.

Having delved deeply into the sign of Pisces, Mary has now had her second book How to Bond with An Aquarius accepted for publication and is now busy writing book number three How to Cheer Up a Capricorn.

"I love writing," says Mary. "It gives me a chance to explain things clearly so my readers can make life-changes and feel happier."

She believes that astrology helps people understand each other, which in turn makes the world a friendlier place to live in.

How To Survive a Pisces takes a light look at what it means to be and live with a Pisces person.

Says Mary: "Have you ever wondered what goes on inside the head of a Pisces or been challenged by one that you know or knew? This insider information will help you to avoid the common mishaps relating to knowing the last sign of the zodiac."

Mary is a professional astrologer and member of the Astrological Association and the Society of Authors. She has more than 30 years' experience in her field. She is also a qualified homeopath.

How to Survive a Pisces is published by O-Books at £7.99.

Meanwhile, Mary's mother Jean English, who is nearly 90 and who also lives in Bath, has just released her eighth book called Poems from the Bungalow.
