Social go clear after victory in top-of-the-table encounter

Box Rovers bounced back from the previous weekend's surprise defeat to Winsley with a 2-1 triumph over The Gladstone Arms. Owen Bryan gave Box the lead and Tom Smith scored the winner after Sean Rushmore headed an equaliser.
Holt remain bottom of the table after they were beaten 11-0 by Corsham Centre, who climbed up to second place as a result. Simon Gray gave the Centre a half-time lead before the floodgates opened. Gray added two more for his treble, substitute Tom Lye also claimed a hat-trick and Ben Thomson, Craig Gingell, Stuart Tutty, Ross Lye and James Lye all netted.
Cooper Avon are unbeaten in three games following a 5-1 home success against Maud Heath Sports. Graham Griffiths hit two and Edwin Escott, Luke Turvey and Ashley Groves shared the other goals. Stuart Windsor replied for Maud Heath.
Semington Rovers were beaten 2-1 at Westbury Rangers A, for whom Marc Lanfear scored both goals. Andy Harrison scored for Semington.
FC Bradford continue to head the Division 1 table after they maintained their 100 per cent record with a 3-1 home victory over FC Colerne. Mark Robinson, Sam Jordan and Ashley Styles were on target for the victors with Bradley Bennett scoring a stunning 25-yarder for Colerne.
The recent departures of Auckland and Liam Phillimore to Biddestone Social did not have any adverse affect on Pheasant, who did not need to get out of second gear to claim a 5-3 victory over bottom side Miller Sports. Ryan Tyrell stole the show with a double on his debut and Dan Clements, Joe Forester and Tom Jones also scored. Nick Groves' brace and James Webb made up Miller's tally.
Three Crowns United came back from two goals down to beat North Star A 7-2 and take over at the top of Division 2. Kevin Long and Reece Allison scored for Star before Marcus Young hit four and also set up a double for Paul Dodimead and one for Paul Maddox.
Bradford Renegades remain just above the relegation zone following their 5-1 defeat at the hands of Biddestone White Horse. Scott Fleming, Pete Dennett, Chris Burgess, Chris Andrews and Alex Pring shared Biddestone's goals with Lance Davis replying.
British Lion beat Blue Circle 5-1 in Division 3 thanks to braces from Jamie Mullings and Rob Drown and a Brett Cullen effort. Phil Hampson replied for the Cement boys.
Eastlands went down 7-0 to North Star B. Mark Sharratt hit a hat-trick and Paul Green, Pete Thornton, Andy Dolman and Rikki Summers were also on the mark.
Potterne B are level on points with Lavington at the top of Division 4 following their 3-1 win at FC Boroughs. Lee Himsworth. Glynn Rowles and Ben Mason netted for Potterne and James Brown scored for Boroughs.
Lydon Cambourne bagged four goals as Corsham Park Rangers claimed a 6-1 triumph over Audley Spartans. Kevin Bance and Simon Young also scored while Gavin Freegard replied for the Spartans.
Division 2 side AFC Melksham began their defence of the Westernsport Trophies-sponsored WG Parr Trophy with a 3-0 victory over Corsham United in the first round. Chris Dore, Ollie Woodland and Mark James scored the goals.
AFC Calne suffered an early exit after they were beaten 5-1 away at Division 2 side Audley. A superb hat- trick from Mark Nolan plus a goal apiece from Adam O'Keeffe and Kieren Smith saw Audley home and Nathan West replied.
Southwick Wanderers were beaten 5-3 by higher-division opponents Bradford News. Karl Sharratt's brace, strikes from Tom Downing and Danny Hurkett and a Matt Rusling own goal gave the newsmen victory. Neil Collett, Domonic Sheppard and Nick Buckle scored for Wanderers.
Mark Smith's fine treble and Craig Lovesey goal saw Bremhill View Social Club fight back from two goals down to beat The Crown 4-2. Liam Hill, with a penalty, and Jonathan Emm scored for the underdogs.
Dave Jones' goal earned Division 3 side Westbury Rangers B a surprise 1-0 win over Chippenham Sports & Social Club of Division 1.
Lee Hayward scored a hat-trick on his debut as Steeple Ashton beat Chippenham West End 6-3. Nathan Holloway's penalty, Lee Mounty and Marc Sheppard made up the half dozen and Chris Jenkins, Tristan Roberts and Lee Coleman replied.
Jamie Treweke and Chris Turk scored for Foresters Arms as they defeated Bromham 2-0.
Division 2 leaders Hullavington beat Division 3 side Pack Horse Rangers 4-1 thanks to goals from Ben Wright, Ed Wilkins, Jif Wilkins and Phil Garland. Richard Bolter had given Rangers the lead.
Kings Arms (All Cannings) went close to causing an upset against Division 1 side Atworth United but lost 8-5 in extra time. Jack Williams, Ian Galloway, Sam Williams, Andy Parmenter and Steven Foord scored for the Kings Arms but four goals from Ross Menghini, two from Leigh Rowles-Hitchcock and a Scott Boyd strike saw Atworth progress.
Mash Tun Villa of Division 4 knocked out Division 3 side Trowbridge Town Supporters' Club after a 5-0 triumph. Matt Coles scored a brace and Chris Stiles, Dale Rowlands and Rob Elliott added one each.
John Davis, Ben Gardiner and Jamie Young hit second-half goals as North Bradley came from behind at the break to beat AFC Lyneham 3-1. Mark Adams scored for Lyneham.
Pig & Whistle United lost 2-0 to Division 2 rivals Green Bell as Mark Roberts scored both.
Robbie Burton grabbed the winner from the spot as Gladstone Rovers defeated Somerford 2-1. Scott Hatton gave Somerford the lead before Andy Bull equalised.
Kai Miller's double and goals from James Eatough and Leigh Purps gave Division 3 leaders FC Jager a 4-1 win over Division 2 opponents Sutton Benger, for whom Nick Still scored.
Christian Malford beat White Horse 2-1 thanks to goals from Declan Flood and Pete Angell. Andy Field netted for White Horse.
Division 4 side X Change were hammered 17-0 by AFC Bell having already lost 13-0 to the same opponents in the Knockout Cup. Nathan Moffatt top-scored with eight, Steve Pegler and Jonathan Couch both bagged trebles and Ray King and Gary Campbell hit two apiece.
Witham Friary progressed to the third round of the Somerset Sunday Challenge Cup after a 5-1 win over The Cutters Friday. Kirk Latham scored a hat-trick and a Simon Millard strike and Scott Davidson's penalty sealed their passage.
