Do you have a hidden treasure in your attic? If so it may just be the time to Flog It!

Presenter Paul Martin is bringing the BBC 2 series to Bath next month.

The Flog It! Valuation Day will be held in Bath's Assembly Rooms and you are invited to bring along antiques and collectables you are interested in selling.

Everyone gets a free valuation of their car boot bargains and items gathering dust in the attic and a decision made on whether it goes to auction.

The show attracts an audience of two million each day and Paul Martin and the team will be at the Assembly Rooms in Bennett Street on February 16 from 9.30am until 4pm.

Your treasures will go under the hammer at the Clevedon Salesrooms on March 8.

Families around the country have been surprised and delighted by the outcome when their items have been auctioned.

A ceramic bowl which cost £4 at a car boot sale sold for £1,500 and a man who appeared on the programme with a cup made from rhino horn sold it for £44,000.

Series producer Heidi Ellert said: "Paul Martin and the entire Flog It! Team are really looking forward to bringing the show to Bath, it is a beautiful city and the Assembly Rooms will provide the perfect setting for our valuation day event.

"We all hope you will join us on the day for a free valuation, if you've ever wondered how much your boot sale bargains or clutter in the loft might be worth, now is your chance to find out."

“A pity that Bath's auction rooms are too busy to host this event - assuming they were asked. Why Clevedon Salesrooms?”
