ZUMBA GOLD® CLASSES
Zumba Gold® is a low impact easy-to-follow Latin inspired dance-fitness party
Although Zumba Gold® was originally conceived by Zumba LLC as a programme for "the mature, active participant" it is also very suitable for adults who have never done much exercise or who are returning to exercise after a break. You might also simply want to do a class that is easier and more accessible than a regular Zumba Fitness ® class.

Weston All Saints Centre Mondays 7:30pm
First class is free. Then £5 drop-in or £20 for 5 classes.
