Monday morning I walked along Twerton High St and saw 12 to 15 ******s sat in covered area of flats car park, all drinking special brew and one was peeing against the wall in full view of anyone who walked by. It is disgusting, they should be moved on, my elderly parents are now frightened of walking by them. WE pay our taxes for these ******s!!!!!”
