Across Bath and North East Somerset, there were three arrests over the weekend for public order, assault and drink-driving offences.
Officers also carried out seven alcohol seizures from under-18s and received 28 calls about anti-social behaviour - but none of them were classed as significant problems.
Patrols were arranged in a robbery hotspot area and no offences were reported.
Halloween is traditionally one of the busiest nights of the year for the police so the force had implemented Operation Relentless with extra street patrols.
Across the Avon and Somerset area officers received 1,300 calls between 4pm on Saturday and 2am on Sunday, compared to 1,500 last year.
ActingAssistant Chief Constable Lawrie Lewis said the operation had been a success.
He said: "The key message of the Halloween Operation Relentless was to ensure people had an enjoyable time and were made to feel safe and be safe, particularly the elderly and vulnerable members of the community.
"We wheeled out well-rehearsed plans together with our partner agencies, for this the 26th Operation Relentless day of action.
"The operation for Halloween followed more than two weeks of proactive community-based activities with out Safer Stronger Neighbourhood teams working alongside our partner agencies, retailers, schools, neighbourhood watch members and community groups, to keep the horror out of Halloween."
