These are among the latest cases to be heard at Bath Magistrates' Court.

Oliver Nayar, 20, of Great Pulteney Street, Bath, was fined £525 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.

Claire Cross, 37, of St Michael's Road, Whiteway, was given a community order and a curfew for stealing electricity and permitting the production of cannabis while subject to a conditional discharge.

Mark Hooper, 25, of Alfred Street, Bath, was given a community order and ordered to pay £5.29 compensation for possession of cannabis and shoplifting.

James Weymouth, 24, of Kelston View, Whiteway, was given a community order for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and possession of cocaine.

Natasha Zhuravkine, 55, of Chedworth Close, Claverton Down, was fined £500 and disqualified from driving for 16 months for failing to provide a specimen of breath for police officers.

Jemma Webb, 25, of The Avenue, Keynsham, was fined £240 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

John Duffy, 23, of Great Stanhope Street, Bath, was given a 24-month conditional discharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
