These are among the latest cases to be heard at Bath Magistrates' Court.

Nicholas Searle, 27, of Moorfields Road, Bath, was given a community order, a restraining order and ordered to pay £100 compensation for four counts of assault by beating and one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Derek Harding, 41, of Haycombe Drive, Bath, was given a community order and ordered to pay £150 compensation for assault by beating.

Rhys Hughes, 19, of Kipling Avenue, Bath, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Marissa Campbell, 23, of Norfolk Buildings, Bath, was given a six-month conditional discharge for handling stolen goods.

Liam Gooding, 19, of Pepys Close, Saltford, was fined £165 and given six penalty points for using a vehicle without insurance.

Jamie Richardson, 24, of Eastfield Avenue, Bath, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £13.50 compensation for two counts of shoplifting.

Jason Selway, 24, of Rooksbridge Walk, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag for shoplifting while subject to a conditional discharge.

Krzysztof Wnek, 28, of Bradford Park, Foxhill, was fined £200 and given six penalty points for driving without insurance.

Nicholas Burton, 24, of Lower Oldfield Park, Bath, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation for theft.

Peter Stothard, 52, of Queens Drive, Foxhill, was given a six-month conditional discharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Christopher Archer, 24, of Moorfields Road, Bath, was fined £100 and disqualified from driving for 17 months for driving while above the legal alcohol limit.

Andrew Hole, 22, of Cedric Road, Bath, was given a community order, curfew, electronic tag and was ordered to pay £75 compensation for assault by beating.

Iain Hole, 19, of Cedric Road, Bath, was given a community order, curfew, electronic tag and was ordered to pay £150 compensation for assault by beating.

Emil Host-McLaughlin, 19, of Pipehouse Lane, Freshford, was given a community order and ordered to pay £469.95 compensation for four counts of criminal damage.

Shaun McGauley, 27, of Sladebrook Road, Bath, was given a six-month conditional discharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

David Simper, 18, of Timsbury Road, Farmborough, was fined £100 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving while above the legal alcohol limit.

David Wren, 41, of Phoenix House, Julian Road, was given a 16-week prison sentence for possession of a knife, possession of cannabis, shoplifting, three counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, failing to attend a drug test and failing to answer bail.

Koran Campbell, 21, of Long Acre, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew, an electronic tag and suspended prison sentence for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour while subject to a suspended prison sentence.

Luke Honour, 20, of Monksdale Road, Bath, was fined £105 for receiving stolen goods.

Leanne Dutton, 18, of Raby Place, Bath, was fined £70 for obstructing a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Katherine Howard, 39, of Stirtingale Road, Bath, was given a six-month conditional discharge for shoplifting.
