Much better off eating your greens

Women with green kitchens are the best cooks, a survey revealed yesterday.

Researchers found females who possess a kitchen with a green hue own more recipe books, can expertly pull off a roast dinner and prepare more meals from scratch.

By contrast owners of white kitchens are more likely to cook in a rush and turn to takeaways.

The research, by appliance firm New World, also showed those with red kitchens have cooked the fewest Christmas dinners.
