Willie Harcourt-Cooze, who featured in the programme Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, will be launching his Venezuelan Black Hot Chocolate at the event.
The TV show followed Willie as he achieved a childhood ambition to be the first man since Cadbury to grow, make and market his own chocolate.
From his Devon-based factory he is trying to persuade the public to use chocolate in all areas of cooking.
This is the fifth year the festival has taken place and gives chocoholics the chance to taste samples and buy gifts.
Other stalls this year include Bath firm Minerva Chocolate, James' Chocolate from Bristol, Rococo Chocolate and the South Devon Chilli Farm.
The festival will take place from 10am to 5pm on Saturday in the Milsom Place courtyard.
