It's often said that policemen, teachers and doctors look younger every day.

Now students could be added to the list after a Bath nursery held its own "graduation day".

Staff at the Apple Tree Day Nursery in Larkhall held the event to say goodbye to children leaving to start school.

The youngsters not only received certificates and balloons to mark their time at the centre but also dressed up in mini gowns and mortar boards.

After the official graduation ceremony the children performed a dance routine in front of their parents and then had a small party with staff.
