Club leader Becky Morgan said: "The group allows the members to be themselves and mix with people of a similar age with similar needs.
"Some are unable to go out on their own, and so Bath Gateway allows them to go out and socialise, and build friendships.
"The transformation that I see in them is amazing, we really do make magical moments.
The club is an important lifeline in stopping isolation and depression, enabling members to take part in activities that they wouldn't be able to otherwise.
It has a positive impact on their lives, teaching them life skills, and allowing them to build friends and confidence while out in the community.
Becky urged people to vote for Bath Gateway Out and About, as the club desperately needs funding to keep going.
She said: "I believe that our adults get a great deal of pleasure out of the activities we put on.
"We are desperate for funding and we would be so grateful to anyone who supports us in this campaign.
"I do not want our club to fold due to funding, and this could happen.
"It is so wonderful that the Wish campaign is supporting small, local charities."
