Wintry weather fails to halt runners training for Bath Half Marathon
Runners are braving the cold to train for the Bath Half Marathon.
Among those taking part in the event on Sunday, March 3 is nurse Eve White, 42, who is running for the Forever Friends Appeal, after a gruelling year which saw her coping with the death of her husband and her own breast cancer.

Eve White is running for the Forever Friends Appeal in this year's Bath Half Marathon
Eve, from Bathwick, is training with friends Sarah Exton and Lucy Bright, and they are trying to fit in three runs a week.
She said: "We enjoyed a run on Sunday in the daylight. It was a gorgeous day and we ran through the Woolley valley, covering about eight and a half miles. It did take us quite a long time but there were some steep hills, icy patches, walkers and horses along the way. We would like to increase our run by half a mile each week."
