A recipe for potato rosti with garlic mushrooms and tomatoes has won a National Vegetarian Week breakfast competition in Bath.
Poppy Hebden-Leeder was the winner of the contest run by the city's Vegetarian Cookery School, which attracted more than 30 entries.
Ten finalists all received signed copies of school founder Rachel Demuth's Green Seasons Cookbook while Poppy will receive a one-day cookery course at the school as well.
