University of Bath graduate Richard Mantell is in reserve for Team GB squad
University of Bath graduate Richard Mantell has been named as a reserve for the GB men's team for London 2012.
Mantell is one of two reserves who can be added to the GB squad if a current member of the 16-strong line-up is ruled out through injury or illness.
Mantell, 30, who has 164 caps, was a member of the British team that finished fifth at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games – the best finish by the GB men since winning gold at Seoul in 1988.
