Actress Juliet Stevenson will be answering questions about her best-known film to help raise money for a Bath cinema.

The star will be at the Little Theatre Cinema following a screening of the 1991 film Truly, Madly Deeply on Tuesday March 17.

The 52-year-old will have hotfooted it from the nearby Theatre Royal, where she is appearing in the play Duet for One.

The film starts at 8.40pm and will be screened to raise money for the cinema's Love the Little campaign to fund improvements to the building, and for the Disasters Emergency Committee.

Cinema manager Martin Jennings-Wright said: "We're enormously excited and grateful to Ms Stevenson for taking the time while in Bath to help us with our appeal and to give our audience a rare treat."

Tickets are £8 full price, £7 for concessions and £6 for cinema members.
