Trio book Spanish trip
GOLF A trio of Bath Golf Club youngsters are heading for Spain in November after achieving a clean sweep of the top three places in the Andalucia Junior European Open regional qualifying competition last weekend.
The tough Lingfield Park course proved to be a challenge for many players but Bath's Jamie Li was unaffected and scored an impressive 77 to win the competition.

In a thrilling finish at Filton, the Sham Castle youngsters won by the narrowest of margins against a very strong Clevedon side.
Bath took an early lead in the foursomes contest when Jack Lines-McConaghy and Cameron Organ won 7&6. Clevedon took the next match, however, with Paul Jensen and Jonny Farmer just losing 2&1.
Will Ward and Ollie Williamson left it late in the decider but took the match on the final hole to secure Bath's second title in three years.
