Holders St Stephens fought hard to keep hold of their title by forcing a 0-0 draw in the last four but Cheltenham were not to be denied and won 4-3 in a penalty shoot-out.
City of Bath beat league champions St Michaels 2-0 in the other semi-final but could not resist the victory charge of Cheltenham, who took the title with a 5-0 win.
