Taking pride in the club lion
Bath Rugby is putting its weight behind the Lions of Bath public art scheme.
The club will be sponsoring a painted lion sculpture during the summer event and will reveal who will be painting it shortly.

Yesterday the clubs very own lions – British Lions stars Danny Grewcock and Lee Mears – added their autographs to Edgar the Golden Lion, who is currently being signed by people from across the city.
Megan Witty, organiser of the Lions of Bath 2010, said: "It's wonderful news that Bath Rugby is sponsoring a lion."
More than 60 of the scheme's 100 lions have now found sponsors. More information is available at
