Surf's up for pupils at school's new-look pool
A group of Bath primary school pupils have been trying their hands at surfing.
Year 5 children at St Martin's Garden Primary School have made the most of their recently-refurbished swimming pool by having a lesson in the sport.

The class was part of a range of extreme sports sessions, which has also included BMXing.
It was organised by teacher Paul Burford, site manager Vaughan Kinver and the charity Sustrans's Bike It officer Jim Imeson, who all donned their wetsuits to teach the children how to paddle and stand up on surfboards.
The swimming pool at St Martin's Garden has recently had a £43,000 refurbishment which is nearly complete. The school and the parents are still working to raise the funds to insulate the pool housing so it can be used all year round.
