Stuart Douglas leaves Bath City
Stuart Douglas has played his last game for Bath City, manager Adie Britton confirmed today.
The former Luton frontman, 32, has made only three starts in a season blighted by a neck injury and spent six weeks on loan at Blue Square South champions Newport County during the second half of the campaign.

He is unavailable for Sunday’s play-off final showdown with Woking at Twerton Park (2pm) and will not be offered a new contract in the summer.
Britton said: “He hasn’t really figured since his neck injury and it’s a shame he hasn’t managed to reproduce his excellent form of the end of last season.
“The players know what a good player he is and said at the time that nobody would want to play against him.
“When he was up for it, he was up for it and he even knocked Chelmsford around in the home game this season, when he scored the winner.”
Britton is preparing to lead City into their biggest league match in years at the weekend.
The squad enjoyed a restful evening at the Thermae Bath Spa tonight and will train on Thursday and Saturday. Sekani Simpson, Gethin Jones, Chris Holland and Adam Connolly are all nursing injuries but all four are expected to start against Woking.
