Bath Chamber of Commerce members turned out in force for a mixer event at Lansdown Golf Club, despite heavy summer showers.

The networking event included a chance to have a go at indoor putting under the watchful eye of professional Scott Readman.

The club's event manager, Terry Mercer, described how the club had high-quality meeting rooms and illustrated the standard of hospitality with food and wine.

A raffle was held to support the president's charity, which this year is the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Appeal at the Royal United Hospital. The next Bath Chamber of Commerce mixer will be a barbecue at Barcelo Combe Grove Manor Hotel on September 1.
