Service honours genocide victims
The Living Springs Metropolitan Community church in Bath held its annual memorial service on Sunday to honour the victims murdered by the Nazis during the Holocaust, as well as victims of other attempts at genocide.
Pastor the Rev Keiren Bourne led the event at which survivor Ruth Barnett, evacuated on the infamous Kinder transport, spoke movingly about her experience as a four-year-old refugee. Those attending the event were invited to read out the names of other victims of the Holocaust.
