A plan has been submitted by SKS Developments to convert old public toilets in Saltford into a small, one-bedroom self-contained flat.

It would include a main kitchen and living space, a separate bedroom and bathroom, as well as a small outdoor yard with room for bin and bike storage.

The application said: "The proposed residential conversion would make efficient use of a former public toilet facility that has been vacant for some time.

"The proposed conversion can be implemented without detriment to the character of the existing building or its surroundings. The proposed extension would be modest in scale and subordinate to the host building.
