The Samaritans say it with flowers in Bath
Flowers have been planted in Bath to mark an awareness day for the Samaritans.
The roundabout at the bottom of Wells Road has been decorated with flowers in the shape of 24:7 by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
-

This is to raise awareness of the 24-hour service provided by the Samaritans.
As part of the campaign a volunteer from the Worthing branch of the Samaritans is covering more than 6,000 miles on his motorbike, visiting all 201 branches.

David Exley lost his brother Tim and son James to suicide, and was inspired to support the charity after the help he received.
He said: "My younger brother Tim took his own life 24 years ago, and tragically in 2007 my son James also ended his life.
"I really hope that my challenge will mean that more people will be aware of the support Samaritans offers, that way some good can come out of what has been a very difficult time for me and my family.
"I am really looking to meeting my fellow Samaritans."
Mr Exley was treated to a cooked breakfast at The Chelsea Cafe by volunteers from the Bath branch, before continuing on his way.
He will be on the road for seven weeks, finishing in Cardiff on August 20.
Bath and District Samaritans branch director Clare, who did not want her surname to be publicised, said: "Our awareness day 24:7 is the ideal way to raise awareness of Samaritans, and David's challenge will really help to highlight this, not only in Bath and the surrounding areas, but across the UK and Ireland.
"The council has also been so generous in planting the roundabout at Wells Road, and this will very much help to promote the valuable and essential service that we offer.
"Samaritans is the only helpline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
