Rowing for cash at Sainsbury's in Bradford on Avon for Comic Relief
Shoppers and Athletics came together at Sainsbury's in Bradford on Avon to help row 110K to raise money for this year's Comic Relief.
Many people who came along to do their weekly shop helped athletes and Proto-Col, a local nutrition and supplement business in Bradford on Avon meet their target of 110K on rowing machines which were donated by Body Tech Gym for the occasion.
The team are trying to meet their target within 5 hours of rowing continually keeping a record of how many kilometres each person had rowed.
James Greenwell, Managing Director of Proto-Col said: "We thought it would be a challenge to try and knock out 110K. We don't have 5 days so we have only 5 hours."
