Queues for tattoos at Bath studio
Crowds of people queued outside a Bath tattoo parlour which was offering tattoos for £13.
The Friday 13 offer at Broad Street Studio was being held as part of a tradition at the premises which aims to do something to celebrate the date every time it crops up in the calendar.

The offer was reflected around the country, with some parlours raising money for charity.
But owners of the Broad Street studio said they were just doing it for a bit of fun.
The studio’s co-owner, who would only give his name as Fil, and who opened the shop in 2009, said: “People usually wait a long time to get an appointment here so it’s a good chance for them to just come along and get a tattoo on the day.”
The number is a popular choice for people wanting a tattoo, and had to be incorporated into a design to trigger the deal at the Broad Street firm.
Fil added: “It is a lucky 13 instead of an unlucky 13.
“We just thought we would do it for a bit of fun as it is a tradition here for us to do something to celebrate Friday the 13th.
“It is something light-hearted and silly, rather than being serious all the time.”
He added: “We have made the designs quick and easy to do and for most people it is just a bit of a laugh.”
The store was operating a first come, first served policy from 10 am until 3pm and had already tattooed 12 customers by 11.30am.
Coral and Antony Pearce, of Oldfield Park, who are both students at Bath Spa University, went along to get a number 13 tattoo.
Antony, 22, who already has four tattoos, said: “It is a good price and you are not going to get that a tattoo at that price on any other day of the week.”
Coral, who has nine tattoos and was queuing up for her tenth, added: “It is nice to collect tattoos from different places and from different times in your life.
“I have so many I don’t think one more is going to make a difference.”
Kelly Richards travelled from Bristol after hearing about the event through a friend.
The 23-year-old, who already has two tattoos, said: “It is only £13 so I thought I may as well, and to be honest the tattoo I got that I thought about is the one I regret and the one I got on the spur of the moment is the one I prefer.”

No it doesn't. You have made the classic mistake of confusing correlation and causation. Think of the sad insecure and emotionally-stunted young males who circle the town in small French cars with big stereos and huge tailpipes, and then accuse everyone who owns a car with being insecure. That's what you've just done.
As, in fact, has everyone else who knee-jerked to the conclusion that Paul Perkins has tattoos and is also a criminal, therefore...”

William after reading this thread it seems like you are more interested in letting people know you earn a lot of and live in the crescent. Tell me when you get older will you be following the trend of most wealthy men and injecting yourself with Botox? Dont see much difference between that and ink except that only you rich boys can afford it!!
Nothing wrong with tattoo's or the people that wear them, most often they are much nicer people than the likes of Rupert and William with more to talk about than there tax percentage.”
