Westcountry-based Greenslade Taylor Hunt has opened a new office in Wells, Somerset.

The expansion brings the number of offices the firm of chartered surveyors, estate agents and auctioneers has in Somerset, Devon and West Dorset to 18.

The new office is being headed up by partner Simon Havens, who moves from running successful residential offices in Sherborne and Bridgwater.

Located at 74 High Street, the office will deal in property lettings and sales.
