Poverty and Homelessness Action Week
Organisers of Poverty and Homelessness Action Week say there are many reasons behind the phenomena, from a relationship break-up, to mental ill-health and redundancy.
The week has been running annually since 2008, and brings together two church days: Homelessness Sunday and Poverty Action Sunday. Organisers are worried that the public can too readily blame homeless people for their circumstances.
