Police investigate sex attack on man near Bath's Theatre Royal
Police have taped off an area around Bath's Theatre Royal after a sex assault in the early hours of this morning.
Officers are hoping to interview the male victim of the assault later today.
An area outside the Sawclose venue stage door has been cordoned off, and police say they are hoping to release further information after speaking to the victim.
A statement from an Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "Police are investigating a report of a sexual assault that took place in Bath in the early hours of this morning.
