Police appeal after woman targeted in robbery attempt
Police have appealed for help to catch a man who tried to rob a woman in the early hours of the morning in Bath.
The 20-year-old victim was walking through the Homebase car park when a man grabbed her handbag.

He ran off empty-handed leaving the woman shocked and with a cut to her leg.
The man struck at around 2.20am on Thursday, August 23, in Pines Way.

Avon and Somerset Police said he was white, aged between 18 and 25, around 6ft 2ins tall and had long stubble on his face.
At the time he was wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit bottoms with three red stripes running down the sides and ending on the knee and "scruffy" white Adidas trainers.
