Police Appeal: high street assault in Melksham
Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted near Lloyd Bank on the high street in Melksham.
On Friday, 8, February 2013, at around 8:15pm a 30 year old local man was walking along the high street when he was head butted by another man.

A 36 year old was arrested for Common Assault and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Wiltshire Police would like anyone who saw the incident to contact them for more information.

Local Crime Investigator, Eleanor Bettles said: "As part of my investigation I am keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and either witnessed the incident or has any information relating to it."
