Police Appeal: Woman Assaulted in Westbury in Market Place
Wiltshire Police are asking witnesses to come forward after a woman was assaulted in the Market Place last month.
At around 1am Sunday, 9, September 2012, a 26 year old was walking when she was approached by a man and was punched in the face. The attack resulted in the woman getting a black eye and a swollen face.

A woman was assaulted while walking through the Market Place, West End, Westbury last month.
Wiltshire Police have reported the attacker as being in his 30s; around 5ft 9ins tall and medium to stocky build. He was wearing a white polo shirt with stripes on the collar and light blue jeans.
If anyone has any information regarding the incident is asked to contact PC Mandy Goodwin at the Local Crime Team in Melksham on the non emergency number 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Any information can be left anonymously.
