International duo Paul James and David Wilson will both return to the front row when Bath Rugby face London Irish at The Rec on Saturday (2.15pm).

James and Wilson, who have been released from Wales and England duty respectively due to a free week in the RBS 6 Nations, will join forces with Rob Webber at the front of the scrum.

Dominic Day and Dave Attwood continue their powerful partnership in the second row, with Francois Louw leading the charge from the blindside flank. Carl Fearns and Ben Skirving complete the scrum on the openside and at number eight.

Peter Stringer and Stephen Donald continue their half-back pairing, with Tom Biggs and Horacio Agulla once more named in the wings after touching down three times between them in last Saturday’s 32-9 victory over Worcester Warriors. Kyle Eastmond – the star of the show against Worcester - and Matt Banahan start in the centres, with Nick Abendanon at full-back.

Ryan Caldwell, Stuart Hooper, Danny Hipkiss, Mark McMillan, Simon Taylor, and Josh Ovens are all ruled out through injury.

The visitors, meanwhile, are unchanged following their 29-16 victory over Saracens at the Madejski Stadium last weekend.

Exiles director of rugby Brian Smith said: “We enjoyed a good win last weekend but tomorrow is another match. It'll be a good arm-wrestle and we'll have to meet the challenge head on.”
