Old Sulians need photos
Members of the Old Sulians Association, which represents the former students of Beechen Cliff School and its predecessors, are compiling a book featuring the achievements of notable former pupils.
These include such characters such as Arnold Ridley of Dad's Army fame and Gold Medallist Jason Gardner.
Tentatively titled Basement to Beechen Cliff it hopes to cover the days from 1896, and the move from Guildhall basement to the present site.
They need are pictures and memories from those early days and are hoping that somewhere in the basements or attics of Bath such treasure may be found.
If you have any photos showing life in the Guildhall or the current buildings being built in the early 30s, they would very much like to hear from you.
They are happy to scan and return any material.
