Notice noise from factory?
I have been experiencing noise in the form of what appears to be the constant humming of one of Welton Bibby & Baron's factory machines since mid-September.
I am wondering if any other residents in Welton or the vicinity of Valley Walk have been disturbed. Has anyone else been affected?

“This person has a real nerve! Unfortunately we live close to this person and he is an absolute menace.Ranting and swearing to himself at all hours of the day and night....every day!! Also starts drilling at 6am!!! He has made our life a total misery for a number of years and we can't wait until he finally gets evicted!
Has mental health issues but refuses help offered and is also a suspected heavy drinker. We are in the process of taking legal action against him via the local council.Also drives like a maniac (probably under the influence) so if you see a dirty silverToyota Yaris with the driver sat there ranting to himself,you'll know who it is so take a wide berth! GGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Noise from the factory indeed! doesn't bother anyone else.Job to hear anything over his rantings !”
