Noel Edmonds’ wife tells police of row with ex-husband
The wife of TV presenter Noel Edmonds has reported her ex-husband to police after a furious row erupted when she picked up their two children from a car park of a pub in the Cotswolds.
Officers in South Gloucestershire are investigating an allegation that Liz Edmonds’ ex-husband Nathan Ridler, drove his vehicle away while she was still holding on to the car.

The incident happened in the car park of the Compass Inn, close to junction 18 of the M4 at Tormarton late on Friday night. Mrs Edmonds, who lives with her TV presenter husband at their home in Bitton, near Bristol, was not badly injured in the incident, but reported it to the police when she arrived back home.
The landlord of the Compass Inn confirmed that he had heard about the row, but had not witnessed it.
He said Mrs Edmonds came into the pub to ask if the pub’s CCTV cameras covered that area of the car park.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset police confirmed that they were investigating a ‘domestic incident’ at the car park, but refused to say whether any arrests had been made.
The couple have two boys from their marriage, which ended before Mrs Edmonds, a make-up artist, met the 63-year-old TV presenter while working on a one-off revival of 1970s hit Saturday Swap Shop six years ago.
Mrs Edmonds married the Deal or No Deal presenter in 2009.
Mr Ridler declined to comment at his home near Chippenham in Wiltshire.

“It seems odd that I can comment on this but not about Audi driving knitwear nutter. What is the problem?”

“Not going well for Noel is it? Anyway, I'd just like to say that I LIVE in Bath, that's the city itself, so feel qualified to comment - even if my comments are rubbish.”

“Woman who doesn't live in Bath and has no links to Bath has domestic row with ex husband who doesn't live in Bath and has no links to Bath in pub car park in another county. Why is the Bath Chronicle bothering with this?”
