New services start at Manvers Street One Stop Shop
Three new organisations have joined Bath & North East Somerset Council in the state-of-the-art Manvers Street One Stop Shop to provide their services to up to 1,000 people going through the doors every day.
The Healthy Lifestyle Service from Sirona Care & Health, Terrence Higgins Trust, and the Carers' Centre join the Council and a range of other partner services already located at the One Stop Shop, such as Age UK, Curo Housing, and Citizens Advice Bureau.
Councillor David Bellotti (Lib-Dem, Lyncombe), Cabinet Member for Community Resources, said, "The One Stop Shop is proving very popular with local people wanting to access useful face-to-face public services all in one place. Bath & North East Somerset Council has set a new standard for customer services in our area and we are very pleased that so many local voluntary and public sector organisations are choosing to have a presence here."
