New look for city internet business
A Bath-based internet service provider has revamped its own website and re-branded the business.
Gradwell, which is based in Cheltenham Street, hired Bristol marketing consultancy Clear Thought to update its market presence.

Founder Peter Gradwell started designing websites in his summer holidays as a teenager and launched the business with a staff of three while he was at university in Aberystwyth.
The firm now employs around 30 people and its owner said he felt it was important to launch a new brand to reflect the growth of the company and its expertise and professional approach.
He said: "Having built Gradwell from a small start-up with three people into a team of more than 30, I'm very aware of the issues which small and growing businesses face.
"Many of the products we offer were developed in response to specific challenges we encountered and we ensure our customers are always able to speak to a member of the team for help and support.
"By keeping this in mind, we have gone from strength to strength, with an ever-increasing customer base and revenues in excess of £3 million.
"We are particularly proud of the website as it is designed to help all business owners and managers, whether technically versed or not, to find the solutions which are right for them."
The company works with clients including communications giant Tiscali and now provides services from web hosting and broadband to email management to 9,200 customers from its office in Bath.
Its new website has been revamped to provide regular updated advice and become more interactive through forums and a link to Gradwell's home on the social networking site Twitter.
Clear Thought founder Bryony Thomas said the re-branding project was part of an ongoing marketing operation to support further business growth for Gradwell.
She said: "This was brought together using six other South West creative businesses to deliver the final site, brand and suite of refreshed tools, which will help the company to reach even greater heights in the future."
