New career for Olympic athlete
Olympic athlete Jason Gardener is carving out a new career for himself as a public speaker and sports consultant.
The 35-year-old Bath Bullet has launched a website - www.jasongardener.co.uk - to showcase his achievements and promote his services in motivational speaking, team-building, athlete management and sports consultancy.

Bath-born Gardener's sporting career took him on a journey from unsponsored amateur athlete to winner of the 4 x 100 metre relay at the Athens Olympics in 2004.
Since retiring from professional athletics in 2007, the former Beechen Cliff pupil has been involved in events organised by local organisations such as social landlord Somer as well as national companies such as Bupa and Lexus.
He said: "In my athletics career I came up against many obstacles, which could only be overcome through sheer determination and hard work.
"I'm now in the fortunate position of being able to share the experience of achieving success at the very highest level, which has inspired professionals from many different industries."
He is also offering bespoke team-building programmes, and has already worked with the St John's Hospital charity, which runs accommodation for older people in Bath.
Gardener, who was awarded the freedom of Bath after his medal triumph, has worked with UK Athletics, the Olympic Task Force and the British Athletes Commission.
The new website, created by design agency James Burfield Consultancy, also features a biography of his achievements, and a gallery of images from his sporting career.
Gardener has sent a congratulatory message to the city's newest gold medallist, bob skeleton athlete Amy Williams.
Two years ago, he took part in a project to get four athletes from different sports into the British two-man Bobsleigh Championships.
