These are the latest people to be dealt with by Bath Magistrates Court.

Ian Cullimore, 50, of Bath Road, Peasedown St John, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag for cultivating a cannabis plant and possession of cannabis.

Emily Ferris, 19, of Broadmoor Vale, Bath, was fined £100 and disqualified from driving for a year for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

William Williams, 67, of Bloomfield Road, Timsbury, was fined £160 and disqualified from driving for one year for failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis.

Kieren Hulbert, 21, of Wellsway, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Jonathan Taylor, 21, of How Hill, Twerton, was given a community order, a curfew, an electronic tag, a supervision order and ordered to pay £50 compensation for assaulting a police constable and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Daniel Broad, 20, of Priddy Close, Bath, was ordered to pay £120 compensation and fined £160 for criminal damage and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Nicholas Bush, 37, of Milsom Street, Bath, was given a 15-week prison sentence and disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving whilst disqualified, driving without third party insurance and failing to stop when directed to by police.

James Storey, 22, of Fullers Way, Odd Down, was given an 18-week prison sentence and disqualified from driving for 18 weeks for driving whilst disqualified, driving without third party insurance and driving without due care and attention.

Anitra Robbins, 45, of Sheridan Road, Bath, was given a community order for two counts of assault by beating.
