MP Jacob Rees-Mogg defends right to 'second' job
MP Jacob Rees-Mogg has defended his right to keep his second job.
The member for North East Somerset earns £11,000 a month away from Parliament from his company, Somerset Capital Management.
The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority has published proposals to reform the way MPs are paid.
Mr Rees–Mogg said he had chosen not to claim personal expenses and to maintain his other job before being elected in 2010.
