The 'Driver Power' survey sees more than 30,000 motorists from across the country surveyed on a wide range of motoring issues, related to both their vehicles and their wider driving experience, with results independently analysed to help identify the industry's leading performers.
As well as once again scooping overall top spot as the best motor insurer, NFU Mutual also received the highest ratings, derived directly from motorists' scoring, in four out of five categories, namely: speed of service, communications, helpfulness and speed of claim settlement.
