Leopards eye England squad spots

HOCKEY A host of players from Team Bath Buccs' Junior Academy will have England selection in their sights next week.

The youngsters have all been picked for Wessex Leopards' regional age-group squads and will compete at the Futures Cup at Cannock. England's junior squads will be named after the event, which runs from November 1-4.

Susie Barnes, Holly Jackson, Tobias Reynolds-Cotterill, Andy Tait, Mike Stride (all under-16s), Nicole New, Lara Williamson (both under-17s), Rebekah Walker, Catherine Bolland, Steve Daxter, Tom Potter, Ben Stone, Ed Horler and William Seward are the Buccs players heading to the Midlands.
